Incorporated in 2007, manufacturing operations commenced in June 2008 at Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. Guntur, part of the capital region of Andhra Pradesh, is renowned as the "Tobacco Capital of India", serving as the central hub for major international tobacco processing and trade.

Today, JFPPL operates two mega manufacturing facilities spread over 35+ Acres of land with over 5 Lakh Sq. Ft. (500,000 sq. ft.) of built-up production area and 3 fully automatic corrugators (including two 7-ply corrugator lines) ensuring 100% outage-risk-free service reliability.

Global Market Footprint

We are India's Largest manufacturer and exporter of C48 cartons, used globally for packing Tobacco Threshed Lamina and Cut-Rag.

We are also India's largest importer of Virgin Kraft Liner for self-consumption, ensuring uncompromised paper quality for high sea freight conditions across Asia, Middle East, Europe, Africa, and Australia.

JFPPL Unit - I (Nallapadu)

Located near Kailasagiri, Nallapadu Village, Guntur (Land Area: 6 Acres / 2.5 Hectares).

  • Line-1 (Commissioned 2016): 7-Ply automatic corrugator, 2.2m deckle width, 0.5m to 4.6m sheet length capability, 14+ mm max board thickness.
  • Line-2 (Commissioned 2020): 5-Ply automatic corrugator, 1.8m deckle width, 0.5m to 4.0m sheet length capability.
  • Printers & Processing: 6 Flexo printer slotters, 1 Jumbo Rotary Die Cutter, 1 Jumbo Flatbed Die Cutter, 1 Fully Automatic Gluer-Stitcher, 5 Semi-Auto Stitchers.
  • Digital & Prototyping: 2.5m 4-color 8-head Digital Printer, 2 CNC sample makers, AO-Pack Box Maker.

JFPPL Unit - II (Medikonduru)

Located at Satya Krishna Estates, Takkellapadu Village, Medikonduru, Guntur (Land Area: 35.5 Acres / 14.36 Hectares).

  • Line-3 (State-of-the-Art): Best-in-class 2500mm (2.5m) deckle 7-ply board line for mega board sheet production.
  • Mega Machinery Setup: 2500 x 4500 Jumbo Printer Die-Cutter, 2500 x 4500 Jumbo Folder Stitcher Gluer, Shino 925 Flexo-Folder Gluer (900 x 2500).
  • Scrap Processing: 3000mm size AO Pack, fully automated scrap processing and baler setup.
