3-Ply (Single-Wall / Double-Faced) corrugated boards consist of three paper layers — one fluted layer glued between two flat outer facings.
We manufacture 3-ply boards in flute profiles of E, B, C, and A:
5-Ply (Double-Wall) corrugated boards consist of five paper layers — two fluted mediums alternated between three facing liners for heavy load stacking.
We manufacture 5-ply boards in flute profiles of EB, EC, EA, BC, BA, CA, and AA:
7-Ply (Triple-Wall) corrugated boards consist of seven paper layers — three fluted mediums sandwiched between four facings, providing strength comparable to wooden crates.
